Day off!

Well I had a pretty relaxing day off. The reality of how hard golf is hit me hard today. I went to the range just to try and loosen up and "POP" my should felt like it came off. I need to get my game back quickly before the US Open comes around because I am gonna play a few times that week and go watch all four days.

Okay now for the sports of the day. The Spurs won and that makes me very happy. I really want them to make it the finals but then I will be torn between them and the possibility of Cleveland winning the title. This is the only sport were I can even think of pulling for Cleveland. So lets see if the KING get it done.

Sort of ironic that Detroit is the one that stands in the way of the "Next MJ."
Ponder that one haha.

Let's stop the pity parties!!!

I just want to say something to the athletes of the world SUCK IT UP YOU MAKE A LOT MONEY! I can't stand listening to this Briggs (Chicago Bears) story. He is not happy with making $7.2 million on a franchise tag. I mean you can look at it this way, you can play one more year make that huge amount and then go out and play for another team. Do not demand trades! There is another situation with a whiner and it is on my Team the Steelers, Alan Faneca wants a long term contract and wants it now. I am fully behind the Steelers and I want them to work this contract deal out at the end of the season. So lets see what happens and see if all these WELL PAID athletes can keep quiet.

Also a shout out to and Elon football player Chad Nkang congratulations on getting drafted by the Jaguars. He is a tackling machine and will get it done on the field.

Hi, sorry to the few people who may have actually been reading my blog. I have really been slacking. I am finally back home and done with finals. I am now back to work and plan on blogging more. I was reminded to start blogging again by my best friend Geordie.

Okay lets touch on some things that have really upset me. This suspension to Amare and Boris. What a joke I mean lets think about this they did not make it more than two feet on the court and they are SUSPENDED. I am huge Horry fan but if this is all a team has to do to get to get a teams best player (Amare) out for a crucial playoff game then this court really be bad. But I would like to say that I do not dislike physical play but I feel the NBA needs to get a little control and figure out a effective way of letting the players play the game.

J.J. Redick: His Progression Into The NBA

J.J. Redick has already had his naysayers putting him down. His season has started off weak but you have to remember that he missed much of the preseason with an injury and is also on a very talented team of guards. Over the past few weeks the Magic have been slowly getting him in to the game and getting him the necessarry touches to for him to show what he can do. Just remember NBA fans there is that big man in the middle, Dwight Howard, if his progression continues the double team inside will leave J.J. open for the open 3 BALL!

Overrated: What a Joke!

The chant you commonly here when lower ranked program pulls out a big win over a higher ranked program is "Overrated...Overrated...Overrated..." Now can someone explain this to me? I see this chant as taking away from the big win your team has just pulled out. I mean if a team is overrated then your win does not mean as much. What I am trying to say is congratulate your own team don’t attack the other team after a big win!
